The third quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the sports app category on iOS in Germany. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

DAZN: Stream Live Sports experienced notable growth in weekly revenue, peaking at around $355K in mid-August. Downloads initially dipped but rebounded to 15K by mid-September. Weekly active users showed fluctuations but ended the quarter strong at approximately 632K.

TeamPlus - Team Management maintained a steady weekly revenue, reaching a high of $79K in early September. Downloads were consistent, hovering around 8K throughout the quarter. Active users increased steadily, surpassing 800K by the end of September.

FUSSBALL.DE saw a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at 12K in mid-September. Active users grew consistently, reaching over 1M by the quarter's end.

Kicktipp had a modest revenue stream, with a slight peak at $921 in mid-August. Downloads surged to nearly 40K in the same period, while active users grew to over 926K by mid-September.

LigaInsider Plus launched in mid-August with impressive revenue of $103K in its second week. Downloads started strong at 72K but tapered off as the quarter progressed.
